About the free listing review
Is the listing review really free?
Yes. The 3-point review is free and no purchase is needed. It is a short, human-written set of observations, not editing, retouching or a full audit. Paid edits only happen after a separate quote that you approve.
Do I need to upload photos?
No. Share the public listing URL and we review what is publicly visible. Never send passwords or MLS logins. If you later want edits, we work only from approved source photos you are authorized to share.
What is included in the review?
Three observations: which existing image and photo sequence communicate the strongest features, where vacant, dated or hard-to-understand space might benefit from staging or more accurate enhancement, and one Reel, carousel or listing graphic idea using approved photography.
How is the review delivered?
A person at vStageHub writes it and sends it to the work email you provide. Each review is written by hand, so timing depends on demand and we do not promise a set turnaround time.
Can you review a private or off-market listing?
The free review covers public listings only, because we review what is publicly visible. For a private or off-market property, request a quote or a free sample and share only photos you are authorized to send.
Do you take on-site photos?
No. vStageHub does not do on-site photography. We work with the existing property photography you are authorized to use. Disclose virtually staged or materially edited images according to the MLS, brokerage and local rules that apply to your listing.
