What is the free 3-point review?
One short brief, written by a person, with three practical observations about your listing’s photo presentation, listing copy and overall clarity, based on the public listing details you share. It is complimentary and no purchase is needed. It is not free editing or retouching and not a full audit.
How soon will I get my review?
Each review is written by hand, so timing depends on how many requests we have. We reply by email and don’t promise a set turnaround time.
Do you need my Airbnb or Vrbo login?
No. We work from your public listing link and the photos and facts you send us. You stay in control of your account and publish any updates yourself.
Will this improve my search ranking, reviews or bookings?
We can’t promise that, and no honest provider can. Booking platforms decide ranking, and results depend on your property, pricing, location, reviews and demand. Our job is a clearer, more accurate presentation of your rental.
Do you virtually stage vacation rentals?
No. Booking platforms expect listing photos to show the actual space. STAYS covers authentic enhancement of real photos only. Virtual staging remains a separate real estate sales service and is not offered for rental listings.
Can you take new photos of my rental?
Not directly. When new photography would help, we can help arrange an owner-authorized shoot with an independent partner photographer. Availability depends on your location and it is quoted separately.
How much does it cost?
The 3-point review is free. Any paid STAYS work is a custom quote based on your listing and what it needs. You receive a written quote by email and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Are you a co-host or property manager?
No. STAYS is a marketing service only. We don’t manage bookings, guests, pricing, cleaning or your account. You are responsible for following the local rules and permits that apply to your rental.
Are you affiliated with Airbnb or Vrbo?
No. vStageHub is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Vrbo or any booking platform.
