What we collect
When you request a quote or a free sample, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, company, property address, listing details, notes and the photos you upload. If you use the Listing Advisor, we receive the details you type into it. Card payments are handled by Stripe in a secure checkout; we do not see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, prepare quotes, deliver your images, take payment and send emails about your order. Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the optional marketing box, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who helps us
We rely on service providers to run the site and our business: website hosting and secure storage, an email delivery service for order and quote emails, Stripe for payments, Brevo for marketing emails you opted into, an AI provider that generates Listing Advisor suggestions, and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) for site measurement. They process information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Site measurement and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and when a form is completed. We use Google Ads conversion measurement to learn whether a visit from one of our Google ads led to a quote request. These tools use cookies and similar technology and receive details such as pages viewed, your browser and approximate location. We do not send your name, email, phone number, photos or form contents to Google, and private quote links are masked. Our Google Ads tag is not used to show you personalized ads.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada, and whenever we cannot determine a visitor's country, neither Google Analytics nor the Google Ads tag loads. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at business.safety.google/privacy. You can manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
